A dude getting a roadside tattoo, I think, while others crowd around and watch. Still trying to figure out whether it's a real permanent tattoo, or just a temporary one, like a henna. Any ideas?Nikon D70, AF-S Nikkor 18-70mm DX ED

It's a temporary tattoo. Permanent tattoo machines don't look like that
