I wanted to take a less-cliched picture of the all-seeing-eyes in Boudhanath, and I noticed that there's a corner with a smaller stupa with the same pair of eyes. I had to wait till wind blew and lifted up the flags that obscured the smaller pair of eyes because prayer flags were literally hung up everywhere.
